I liked the location but my room was so so. A bit small. No art work on the walls. Not very inviting. In the bathroom there was no shelf to put my toiletries and cosmetics, the lights around the mirror didn't work neither did the fan. There was no toilet brush (maybe for hygiene reasons?) Re the complimentary drinks, there was only one type of tea and the kettle hadn't been emptied from the previous occupant. Lastly, housekeeping kept knocking on my door from 9.30 until after 10am as they wanted to clean the room but check out was 11am. I left at 10.30am. I appreciate their keeness, but it was annoying. One more thing, the receptionist on arrival was not terribly welcoming or polite. However, the two team members on duty later in the day were superb. I would stay here again if I had a better room. The grounds of the property are stunning.

We have been upgraded to the larger room which was very spacious with a lovely view. At first we thought that coffee/tea/kettle was not available, however upon checking out we noticed that the kettle is hidden in the closet. So we missed out on the coffee. Stunning grounds. Lovely terrace. Excellent breakfast.

Very nice hotel very comfortable

I stayed for one night very comfortable and pleasant was disappointed to find no difference in price for a single room to a double room which a friend had booked plus I was also charged an additional £10.00 for breakfast
