From the house, you can follow a forest path and, after a short walk, hear the waves before reaching the beautiful sandy beach of Longeville. Ideal for families seeking greenery and tranquility, or groups of surfers eager to enjoy their favorite sport.



Bed linen and towels are not included, but these services are available for an extra fee. Cleaning is not included; it can be arranged for an extra fee. Even if you choose the cleaning option, please leave the house tidy, wash, dry, and put away the dishes (the dishwasher must be empty), clean the cooktop and plancha, and take out all garbage and waste.



Pets are allowed under certain conditions and for an extra fee; please contact us for more information.



The property is carefully prepared—thank you for respecting the space. Parties are strictly prohibited.



Only household waste should be disposed of in the bins and put out for collection twice a week. Other waste (glass, cans, cardboard, plastics, etc.) must be taken to the local recycling containers.



We are available throughout your stay. Check-in is between 3 p.m. and 6 p.m. at the agency for key collection. If you are delayed, please inform the agency before 6 p.m.



We ask you not to subscribe to internet options (Prime, Netflix, etc.).



From October to April, electricity is available for an extra fee based on actual consumption.
