Please remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7.
- Please note, Jacuzzi tub in primary bath in non-functional.
- No parties, home is monitored by NoiseAware. Please respect the neighbors.
- We can typically accommodate requests for EARLY CHECK INS/ LATE CHECK OUTS, but we can only confirm such requests 24 hours before the date requested. The reason is we potentially have other guests coming in or leaving the same day, and cleaners typically need around 5 hours.
- Please note that there is absolutely no smoking inside the house. Any sort of smoking will result in a $300 fee to hire a team to remove the smoke from furniture and walls.
- Please be aware that we are not liable for any personal items left behind from your stay. If any personal items are left at the property, we will, of course, do our best to recover them. However, there will be an automatic charge of $30 plus shipping charges for any items that need to be shipped back to you.
