Could use some work.

I arrived in my room and turned on the heat because it was cold outside and in the room. After 15 minutes, the heat had not started working. I turned on the tv to watch YouTube and it wouldn't stream. There was an overhead light burned out above the television. This was a king suite. Room 211. I called the front desk. She moved me to a room on the first floor that wasn't a king suite, but she said that was the only room they had. the heat did work in that room and so did the tv. The pool was not in service. I really wanted to take a swim. I probably wouldn't choose this location again.

The lady working at the desk both evenings we were there was very nice. Took the time to ask about our travels and seemed genuinely interested when we showed her a picture of my Great Niece that we were in the area to meet.(she is 6 weeks old. You may want to look at the bathtubs they are ages
