We had an accessible room and the bathroom needed updating, in poor condition. The breakfast was a joke. Absolutely no variety.

avoid this hotel

I stay at a lot of La Quinta Inns. This one is on the bottom. TV didn't work when I checked in. Staff did take care of that. AC/Heat would not hold temp. shower head pulled away from wall. No floor mate in bathroom for stepping out of shower. Worst of all was breakfast. No flavor egg ovals must save someone money, terrible. No breakfast meat. Bagel so stale it fell apart when trying to cut in in half. Coffee luke warm at best.

Good Hotel

This is a nice hotel. The room was clean, bathroom was clean and the bed was comfortable. The only thing I saw that needed attention was some water damage around the window that the air/heat is located. The curtains cover it and is probably why house keeping hasn't reported it for repair.

The air didn’t work, made very uncomfortable to sleep. The bed pillows were horrible and we went to ask for more because they were so flat to sleep on and the lady at the desk stated they didn’t have anymore. And she was not very friendly

The WORST hotel EVER!

This is by far the WORST hotel I have EVER stopped at. The room did not have a phone, did not have laundry bags, did not have hand soap or any toiletries. The room was old, unmaintained, the structure was unsafe, and there was an insect infestation. To top things off the commode was not working and through the entire stay they didn’t fix it. So we had to use the community bathroom in the lobby. The bathroom was filthy, had insects in it, the walls were cracked and rusted. Our towels had wads of black hair in them, some with strands, and so unsanitary! The desk area had some sticky substance on it showing it hadn’t been cleaned. The breakfast was disgusting! With old hard biscuits, their bread was stale and some moldy. They didn’t have much options, and the crock pot they use is for a single use or maybe a family use not a business type of apparatus to feed the amount of clients at their facility. Their bedding is old, worn out and their beds uncomfortable. I didn’t stay the entire time for this exact same reason. I would NEVER stay there again. This place is in dire need of renovation, cleaning and supplies. If I could give negative stars I would.
