Great place to stay! A beautiful home with a lovely private backyard/ patio area. Host was very responsive and answered all my questions before and during my stay. I was able to host a lowkey gathering (with permission from the host) and used the grill for the occasion. Very easy to use! The home was equipped very simple standard items such as cooking and eating utensils, and towels and soap in the bathrooms. Happy with the big clean beds!! Plenty of room for everyone to be comfy.

We had a wonderful stay at this rental! The space was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, making it a perfect place to relax after a busy day exploring Los Angeles.The location was fantastic close to Universal Studios Hollywood, which was one of the highlights of our trip, and surrounded by so many amazing food spots nearby. It’s the perfect place to stay if you want to be close to all the excitement and energy of LA, but still have a comfortable place to come back to and unwind.Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area

I recently stayed at this Encino home that exceeded my expectations. The property was exceptionally clean, which was a relief as I was recovering from surgery. It’s located in a charming neighborhood that added to the overall pleasantness of my stay. The backyard was a peaceful haven, perfect for relaxation during my recovery. Although I encountered a couple of minor issues, the owner was incredibly responsive and communicative, addressing my concerns promptly. Check-in was seamless, making the entire experience hassle-free. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this place!

Patrick was an amazing communicator and always checking in. The house was very comfortable and neighborhood was quaint and felt safe. The reason for 4 stars is because there are a few maintenance items that should be taken care of and the 4th bedroom was advertised with a twin bed, however, there was no twin bed. There was a fold out that could be added, but not a real twin bed. Not the end of the world.

Very comfortable and pleasant stay. House was clean and well stocked for your home away from home. Patrick was very responsive for any questions that we had. Close to everything and nice neighborhood. Definitely recommended!

A lovely home with a serene back yard in a pleasant, quiet neighborhood. The only problem was that on the last day we returned in the evening after a day at Disneyland to discover that the front door lock did not respond to our code. We could not contact the owner and neither could VRBO. It was no fun to have to find a decent hotel with an available room in an unfamiliar neighborhood after midnight. And then look for an all-night pharmacy for essentials. If you book this nice place, be sure you have a way to contact the owner in an emergency.

Quiet pleasant oasis & well-equipped suburban retreat home in pleasant safe neighborhood

We were the parents & family ‘of-the-bride’ who all travelled a very long way to LA. As weddings can be chaotic (but oh so wonderful! ) occasions, I knew we’d need a quiet place to retreat to in between all the wedding events. Plus we needed good kitchen to cook in - specifically for a family member with food intolerances/allergies that could not eat out. The kitchen was perfect! This house is also just a short drive to some really great grocery stores that carry speciality items. For our family the location ideal. Host Patrick was always at the end of a text &/or message addressing any issues - & in a very timely manner too. When we return to Encino we will defiantly try to book this home again.

Spring Break in LA

Lovely home in a quiet Encino neighborhood. Just 5 minutes from restaurants and shopping on Ventura Blvd. with easy access to both the 101 and 405. About an hour to Disneyland on the weekend and 30 minutes to Universal, Santa Monica Pier, and Venice Beach during the week. Patrick was a great host; he responded quickly to all questions and even gave us access to the house an hour early when our flight landed ahead of schedule. Great property for our multi-generational traveling party (80s, 50s, and teens). Would stay here again.

Great quiet home close to studios

We stayed here recently on a trip to LA to visit some of the studios, Hollywood, Burbank, and Malibu. Great location if you are looking to stay in the northern end of the LA area. The home is beautiful and the backyard is a wonderful relaxing retreat. Would absolutely stay again!!

Lovely home!

House very comfortable, clean and open. Nice to have the 4th bedroom. Backyard was very nice. Host responded promptly to all messages- including a plumbing issue that was quickly resolved. Good location for activities planned.
