- Early check in fee: $50 per hour is scheduled in advance and available.
- Late checkout is $50 per hour of scheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Unapproved late checkout is $100 per hour if cleaners arrive.
5. Security & Privacy:
- For your safety, the property may have exterior security cameras. No cameras inside the home.
6. Do not set the AC below 70 degrees and the heating above 75. This will maintain the health of the unit and ensure it works properly during your stay. Please try to keep window`s and doors closed as much as possible.
To maintain the home at the highest standard, décor and furniture may occasionally be repositioned, updated, or replaced. However, all amenities provided in the home will remain consistent with those listed in the description.
