The hotel itself wasn’t bad but for the price the rooms were rundown and in the bathroom there were toe nail clippings on the floor. “Gross” As far as the airport shuttle goes getting to the airport was easy minus the traffic we didn’t account for but that was our fault. Getting back to the hotel after our trip was a nightmare. We waited for 20 minutes the embassy suits shuttle came by however it was for the North location and they told us for the south location we have to call and they will send over the shuttle. After being on hold and transferred from an AI agent to a person they told me they do not have a shuttle that picks up after 11:30pm. It says that they have a 24 hour shuttle to and from the airport. So we had to get a Lyft from the airport to the hotel. When we got to the hotel we asked why it states a 24 hour shuttle they said after 11:30pm we would have to pay for a shuttle however that was not even offered to us when we requested the shuttle. Very frustrating and misleading

Reception staff were unfriendly and hateful at times. Need to improve their customer service. Water in bathtub ran continuously in a stream of hot water. Happy hour is a nice touch but staff over served some clients and restricted others as we observed them. Breakfast buffet is good. But don’t get in their way if they decide it’s time to shut down. Watched them take a coffee cup out of a ladies hand and told her she could not get coffee. Onsite restaurant is a good option for dinner. Staff were friendly. Food was good.

The lobby was FILLED with a tour group who were checking out. Luggage lined the walls and the seating areas. Yet, even with all of the people and the dozens and dozens of pieces of luggage, the receptionist got me checked in quickly and to my room just as quickly. The room was spotless.
