Room was spotless but the black out shade was broken and wouldnt go all the way down and the light ftom the billboard was shinning too bright in our room, so our sleeping wasnt as pleasant. I did inform them as i left.

Room was facing the freeway and at the same level, but windows did not protect much against noise. We couldn’t sleep because it was like sleeping on the freeway. Asked for a room change. No one ever got back to us. So we had to find other accommodation for second night of stay. Came back to hotel to pick up our things and check out. Car was in and out in 20 minutes. Hotel charged us for a full day of parking at $26. Called to get that fixed. Staff was terse. No apology for the mistaken charge. No word on the noise, no word on the room change.
