There is a kiosk to check in. The lady in front of us was having trouble so we waited in line almost 20 minutes. The connection to the agent she was talking to on in the kiosk kept dropping and she would have to start over. Absolutely horrible experience!

On the first floor there was a cabinet filled with amenities like towels and soap, made restocking convenient. Check in was on an iPad, which I was wary about but it was a smooth process.

The parking lot was well lit. Checking in virtually - was smooth. The room was clean and AC was working great. It was a bit loud from the outside considering it was almost midnight. The shower was not as strong because it was losing half the water from the lower spout. Hence the 4 stars. Otherwise it was a good stay. I would come back.
