Welcome to your private beach getaway! This bright upstairs unit is just a short walk from the sand in Marina del Rey. Sunlight fills the space, creating a warm and relaxing atmosphere. The open and airy layout makes it easy to unwind, while the cozy furnishings and coastal touches give it a charming, homey feel perfect for a laid-back escape by the water.
**30 nights minimum, choose 31 nights to remove city tax.**
What can you expect on the place
Bedrooms & Sleeping – Primary bedroom with a queen bed; second room can be a home office or sleeper sofa for extra guests. Comfortable for 1–2 people, can host up to 4 adults.
Outdoor Space – Private rooftop deck for morning coffee or evening relaxation; shared fire pit and picnic table with neighbor.
Convenience – In-unit laundry and parking in front of the garage (note: tight space, depends on car size). Trash bins are easy to manage with provided instructions.
Inside Amenities – Fast Wi-Fi, smart TV, fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, fresh linens, and thoughtful touches throughout.
Parking comes with a note: there’s frequent traffic to the lot behind the garage, so space is tight and really depends on the size of your car. We’ll provide clear instructions for trash bins too, they stay inside the gate and get rolled out on trash day to keep things running smoothly.
