Amazing Stay!!!!

What an amazing stay at this spectacular hotel, we were in town for a fundraiser at Los Angeles Equestrian Center. The hotel was so lively and welcoming, from the great valet service to the front desk. The restaurant and bar was absolutely stunning and decorated so very cool. We will be staying again soon.

The noise was too much for us. Television noise from the adjacent room was terrible. Thumping from upstairs was loud. Staff yelling to each other in the halls during the early morning hours. I expected a little better from a boutique hotel.

Excellent location: walking distance to Warner Bros studios, easy drive to Universal and Paramount; shopping across the street with diners and ice cream; walking distance to more shopping on Magnolia Blvd; free street parking (Maple and Oak street). Courteous staff, beautiful unique movie-themed décor, cosy dining area and ample continental breakfast included. Good pool.

We really loved the hotel, clean, quiet and beautiful inside and out. For too long hotels in L.A. have been charging to park, this one was $40. Im sorry, that is a rip off. What did you think we were going to do, to get to Burbank from Downey, rappel from a helicopter? $40 for our car being there for 11 hours.

Stayed one night for a trip to Universal Studios. It was less than 10 minutes away. Valet was immediately there to greet us as soon as we pulled in and same for check in. Beds were comfy and room was very spacious. No complaints. Would definitely stay here again.

When booked we were offered complimentary continental breakfast, we had three kids with us and the only drink offered was coffee. We asked for water or apple juice for them but they wanted to charge us extra for that! Not sure who thinks that a 3 year old drinking coffee is ok but we were not happy about that at all

I want to start off with saying the breakfast was horrible. When I was look at Expedia it said that breakfast was included. But it was horrible. So the rest of the days that I had the hotel for I didn’t bother eating breakfast at the hotel. And also I was charged 40 dollars every day for the pool, hot tub, and the gym when I did not use any of them. I wish I was aware of that before reserving. I thought I was saving money with booking this hotel but I was wrong.
