Check in was easy, I really enjoyed the room. Nice TV, really nice bathroom and comfortable bed. The A/C unit was a little iffy, but worked! I never recieved a Do Not Disturb card and I couldn't find one in the room. Also, I never had any housekeeping in the 3 days I was there- not sure if I had to arrange that with the front desk? Other than that, overall, good experience. It is a bit of a trek from Santa Monica if you're planning to visit down there during your stay.

My husband and I stayed last night, and I would like to share some concerns. This was my 5th time staying at HH. My husband and I usually choose this hotel because it is quiet and the building is very nice. Unfortunately, during this stay we noticed that the pillows were dirty and had visible stains after I removed the pillowcases. Because of this, I decided to remove all the linens before leaving. Seeing the condition of the pillows made us uncomfortable, and it is discouraging to think about returning in the future. Thankfully, we brought our own pillows, blankets, and towels, but as guests, we should feel confident and comfortable with the bedding provided. I strongly recommend that the hotel replace the pillows and ensure they are kept in clean, hygienic condition. We enjoy staying at your hotel, and I hope you can address this issue so that future visits will be as pleasant as our past experiences.

Bad really bad!

This place is awful! The carpet was filthy and old. There was a coffee pot but no coffee and when we asked for coffee at the front desk (who did not speak english well) told us (I think) we could get coffee in the lobby. The only good thing about this hotel was the bathroom which had good hot water. Not a place i would ever recommend or stay again!
