Affordable & comfortable hotel. Bedding is always clean and I’ve never encountered a bug. However some of the rooms could use updating. Hopefully they will upgrade the flooring in all the rooms, because the ones with carpets have stains. The beds look nice and the mattresses are comfortable, but they are too low to the ground. The ventilation could be improved in separate shower rooms as it has an unpleasant smell.

Extremely disappointing

Room was very small. No closet, no iron/ironing board. No ice machine on our floor. Coffee maker but no supplies. Bedding was chintzy, pillows flat and not enough of them. Hot water was scalding temperature and hard to regulate. Front desk personnel were nice and helpful with directions but the hotel was extremely disappointing.

The young man who checked us into the property was great. His name was Emmanuel. Unfortunately the room I booked was not what I received. We booked a room with a king and queen bed but we ended up getting a room with two queen beds. This was a little frustrating. When i returned to the hotel I realised that they had charged me for a room I had already paid for through Expedia. WhenI spoke to the night clerk she wasn’t very help at all. To be honest she was a little rude and dismissive. Felix the manager did fix the problem the next day, but I was still frustrated with the night clerk’s attitude. This is an ok place to stay, but I would recommend you don’t get charged for your room twice.
