Tämä tilava patio huoneessa on takapuolelle hiljainen omaisuutta, joka on oma sisäänkäynti ja kylpyhuone. Suuri, 26 "ja 13" huoneessa on queen-size-vuode, langaton internetyhteys, DirecTV, leivänpaahdin, mikroaaltouuni, jääkaappi, kahvipannu, ruokapöytä ja tuolit. Hiljattain uusittu (helmikuu 2017) oma kylpyhuone on kaunis pesuhuone, jossa pesuallas erottaa tasku lasiovi kylpyhuoneeseen wc ja suihku. Rulla-a-way sänky ja Aerobed ilmapatja on myös saatavilla. Sunny 2 kattoikkunat, kattotuuletin, ja ranskalaiset ovet avoinna esille kannelle ulkona ja löhöilyyn kalusteet. Kylpytynnyri reunustaa kannella. Sijaitsee yksi Los Angeles "suosituimmista alueista, Santa Monica Canyon on rehevää puita ja puutarhat, vain muutaman askeleen päässä rannalta, lyhyen 5 minuutin kävelymatkan. (Katso KULJETUS tarjous alla.) Hieman yli kilometrin päässä kuuluisalta Santa Monica Pier ja Third Street Promenade. Voit kävellä 20-30 minuuttia Santa Monica ostos, teattereita ja nähtävyyksiä. Upeat ravintolat ovat muutaman korttelin päässä. Beach pyörätie kätevästi pääsee vain 3 korttelin päässä.
Lähellä rantaa: Vain 3 korttelin päässä rannasta. 5 minuutin, jalat ovat hiekka, tai olet pyöräily, rullaluistelu, lenkkeily pyörä kylpy joka menee kilometrikaupalla. Pyörätietä kulkee kuuluisan Santa Monica Pier ja jatkuu edelleen villi ja hullu Venetsian Boardwalk ja Marina Del Rey.

Cozy spot in the perfect location

Absolutely loved our stay. It was cozy and private. Included a complimentary wine bottle and snacks. Len was easy to communicate with and made sure we made it into our accommodation without hassle. The property is BLOCKS from the beach and 10min walk or quick bike ride from Santa Monica Pier. Will definitely stay here again!

Perfect for us

We rather stay in VRBO’s vs hotels and this place had all we wanted and needed. We enjoyed the hot tub and the clean house. It is small but it was perfect for us. It is close to restaurants and the beach. We were there for National Championship Game so it was not a beach trip but it was very close. When we communicated with owner we got a quick response. I will recommend a couple to stay here. It may be too small to bring kids. We loved it!

Loved it!

This was a very cute studio. We had everything that we needed, bikes, fridge, microwave and beach items (towels, umbrellas, boogie boards, sand pails, chairs). The walk to the beach was a very short 3 blocks away - no problems carrying our items to the beach. Very safe area, we never felt uncomfortable while walking, day or night. Everything about this location was great.

Great place to stay

The location is great, the area is lovely and quiet, right by the beach and walking distance to shops and restaurants. The room was very comfortable and had everything I needed. Communication with Len was easy and I appreciated being able to check in early and leave my bag for a few hours after I checked out. I’d definitely stay here again.

*Clean and comfortable*

Our hosts went out of their way to include generous special touches. They even came to our aid to get beach tar off our feet. We really enjoyed the flowery patio and hot tub. A lovely neighborhood for walking and like most busy Cali beach towns parking is a challenge. The studio is situated off the street and behind a solid gate giving it a secure and private feel. Best of all a very comfortable bed = Zzzzzzz’s. ;)

My daughter and I were there for two nights and absolutely enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and orderly and Len made sure that we had everything that we needed. Plenty of privacy. We will definitely be trying to stay there again in the future, and we will make sure that our friends know about this place as well. It was so much better than staying in a hotel room!

I’ll return!

This was much more spacious than the photos show. The bed is a dream which was critical for me as I was working 12 hours daily on my feet at a golf tournament. It was well equipped with the amenities listed along with extras such as an Arrowhead water dispenser, room heaters, Directv, floor length mirror, extra blankets and towels, comfortable kitchen table, basket of snacks and a bottle of wine! The notebook of local restaurants and attractions was thorough and helpful. Len greeted me on arrival and toured me through the property. He and his wife are delightfully friendly and, as they should be, proud of their home and guest homes. A+ from this retired teacher!!

I loved my entire stay here, from checking in to checking out. The owners were super nice and kind. The check-in process was well described and smooth. We were immediately upgraded to a nicer facility because it was available. The accommodations themselves had soaps, snacks, a bottle of wine, access to bikes, a ton of towels.... basically it felt like home, they had everything I needed and more. I requested an umbrella and was given one immediately as well. This was my favorite rental in a long long time. Thank you so much!

November stay

My husband and I enjoyed our recent stay in Santa Monica Canyon. The amenities were ideal for us, as we were there to visit family and friends. A priority for us was a spacious bathroom area for getting ready each day. Having the toilet and shower separate from the sink area was a real plus. There were shelves on each side of the sink, which allowed us to separate our toiletries. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen amenities were enough for our needs. We were able to have breakfast in the room each day and the Keurig coffee pods were delicious. Len was kind enough to get us more when we were running low, and provided plenty of drinking water for our stay. We hope to come back next November since we had such a great experience!

Great place!

My wife and I really enjoyed this property. The walk to the beach is only a few minutes. Great place to relax. Easy to find. Len and Jen were great hosts. Would recommend for sure.
