• Lost items will be held for 5 days; a $65 handling fee plus postage will apply for returns
• Spa technician services the hot tub every week and will not enter the house
• Gardeners will visit the yard occasionally and will not enter the house

• While we maintain the property regularly, things may occasionally break. Any issues will be addressed within 24 hours, and are not grounds for a refund
