We have designed this luxurious and charming home to have all of your essential needs while you stay! We even provide three bikes, a large wagon, and two beach chairs w/umbrella for your enjoyment!

With over 1200 square feet of cozy living space, whether you're spending time with family or friends, you will never want to leave.

LIVING ROOM
Sink into the sofa after a long adventurous day by watching a movie/show on our SMART 55” TV w/cable. If you would like to access additional streaming services, please remember your passwords. We provide a billiards table for some fun and now offer a zero-gravity massage chair to relieve any pressure points you may have!

DINING AREA
Enjoy a wonderful meal with family and friends at our beautiful table that seats 6 comfortably. We also provide 3 bar stools for extra seating.

OUTDOOR SPACE
The outdoor patio space allows you to sit under the stars and enjoy time with friends and family. We provide a soft artificial turf area w/daybed, two hanging chairs, bistro lights, and multiple games to enjoy.

KITCHEN
Fully stocked with all of the kitchen necessities you need to prepare a great meal at home. You will find a stovetop, oven, and a full-size refrigerator to fix meals for your group. Prep time? The vast kitchen counters offer plenty of granite counter space for all of the chefs in the kitchen. Visit a local farmers market or grocery store and then enjoy preparing a delectable meal.

+There is a hot water kettle, 2-way coffee maker, coffee, tea, sugar, sugar substitutes, and creamer.

BEDROOM ONE (Main)
The cozy master bedroom is equipped with a king canopy bed, a 43" SMART TV w/ cable, two bedside touch lamps w/ USB port, a ceiling fan, desk and chair, luggage rack, closet, memory foam mattress, and connected to a luxurious bathroom w/rainfall shower head.

+Located in the closet is a pack n play that you can roll into the main bedroom w/sheets (available upon request).

MAIN BATH
The main bathroom has an amazing walk-in shower, marble vanity, and amenities, including a hairdryer, flat iron, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

GUEST BEDROOM
The beautiful guest bedroom is equipped with two queen beds, a 43" SMART TV w/ cable, bedside touch lamp w/ USB port, a ceiling fan, memory foam mattresses, and a dresser for storage. There is also a closet provided for additional storage space.

SHARED BATH (HALLWAY)
The shared bathroom includes a bathtub/shower combination, and a marble vanity sink with storage. We provide shampoo, conditioner, bath soap, flat iron and a hair dryer.

+CHILD FRIENDLY
The home is child-friendly, and to make your life easier, we have a pack n play, children's dinnerware, and a highchair for you to use during your stay.

PETS
Unfortunately we do not accept pets at this time.

You will have access to the entire home and outdoor area.

LAUNDRY
A washer and dryer are available for use! We provide detergent for your convenience.

PARKING
There is street parking in front of the home and nearby! Uber & Lyft are also very convenient!

Overall, this was a very clean, conveniently located, spacious place to stay. However, the amenities advertised in the listing are not in the condition pictured. Disclaimer: I did not attempt to contact the host during my stay about the things listed below because it was not a deal breaker for us. The seating on the outdoor patio were very dirty and worn, we did not even utilize the patio for this reason. We were also unable to get the massage chair to work but that could have been user error. We did not attempt a lot of trouble shooting for the chair. The exterior wall of the room with two beds is next to the main walkway for the complex and is not soundproof at all. You can easily hear footsteps and voices when people are walking by which was disruptive for sleep. One of the night there also happened to be a party down the block that went past midnight until eventually the police stopped it. That is not the hosts fault but just unfortunate and very loud. Previous reviews mentioned difficult parking. That is accurate, it can be very hard to find a spot but we managed okay. Positives: The coffee maker worked well, there was ample seating, laundry, iron, ironing board, good wifi, plenty of towels, etc. It is conveniently located to downtown area of Long Beach which made it very easy to get around. We still felt we got good value for our money but with the extra amenities being in the current condition, I would hesitate to book for just the appeal of amenities.

The location and the place itself was great. Super spacious and we had everything we needed! The hosts were super responsive. Unfortunately, in the middle of one of our nights, the smoke alarm low battery signal kept going off and we couldn’t sleep, but they fixed it the next day. That can happen anywhere. I’d recommend staying here.

Place was as described. Very comfortable and quiet despite having above and beside neighbors. Faucet is a bit tricky and the main and only pan needs to be replaced. We enjoyed our trip but watch out for that Monday street sweeping if you have a car. The city nailed us with a 75 fine. Not at all the owners issue. Just a heads up for others. The owners did send us that in the info message but I forgot.

We loved the location. It was close to the beach and shops at shoreline village. Had great clam chowder at the Crab Shack. The little coffee shop next door was so good and the breakfast burritos they made outside are so delicious.Parking was a little tricky but we managed to find spots after a few runs around the neighborhood.The property was very family friendly but maybe for children over 5 yrs old. The upstairs neighbors windows over the courtyard were open and we felt bad about the noise from the twins who are 2 yrs old. The beds are really comfortable. Large rooms and lots of space to relax.

The property was very clean, spacious, nicely decorated, and the beds were very comfortable. The owners were very responsive when I had questions, which was amazing. The main downside of the property was how difficult it was to find parking, especially when there is a wedding at the church across the street. Street cleaning also happens on Monday mornings, requiring cars to be relocated. The walk to the beach wasn't bad and we had an Uber take us to dinner so we wouldn't lose our spot. Overall, it was a very nice property and served our purpose well.

Very nice unit. Very clean. Negative about it was that pans they had were very old and disgusting. Power outlet didn’t work. Maine bedroom, bed was comfortable but you could t really move without marking to much noice, sounds like the frame was not designed for it/loose.

Great location in Long Beach, set up wonderfully for families. Pedal bikes, helmets and wagon were especially nice for the kids to use to take to the beach. A cooler bag for drinks and snacks would be a nice addition. Finding parking was tough some days. The frying pan in the kitchen was a challenge to use and should probably be replaced for those that want to cook in the property. Very quiet, felt safe, has laundry and the outdoor space was great. We would absolutely recommend this property to friends and family.

We had such a great time at this home! Everything was spotless when we arrived, which made our stay super comfortable from the start. The decor throughout the house was so cute and well done, it felt cozy and thoughtfully put together.Great place for kiddos too! Our kids had a blast and we felt right at home. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking, and the bathrooms were stocked with great extras like hair dryers, and even a hair straightener in the master!The location was perfect. It was just a short walk to the beach, and the hosts even provided toys and beach gear, which was a fun bonus. There’s also a Mexican market just a few minutes away with amazing carne asada and other fresh ingredients if you want to cook at home.Just a heads up! Parking can be a little tricky depending on the time you arrive. We got there a little after 5pm (when people are getting off work) and ended up parking a few minutes away, then walked everything over with the wagon we brought. The next day, we headed out in the early afternoon and found a spot right across the street from the building, so it just depends on timing. It wasn’t a big deal for us, especially since after we found good parking we just walked everywhere.Highly recommend staying here!

Nice Place That's Close to The Beach

Very central to the beach, just a bike ride away. I thought it was nice that the property had bicycles that could be ridden to the beach (with helmets) and it was a very cute and clean place to stay. The parking situation was a bit stressful, but pretty manageable. I would recommend this place and the property manager was very easy to get in touch with when we had any questions.

Something to think about

The room is clean, it’s spacious and it fits 6 people perfectly. It was a little rundown, but nothing to be worried about if you’re thinking about booking here. When we first got there, we noticed a couple unsanitary things like one of swings in the back was filled with water and dirt and the black lounge couch had a lot of small specks on it. We brushed passed that and went into the restrooms only to figure out that both of them were dirty from sand right next to the drain and covered the entire body of the tub shower and the regular shower. Which is important for the next issues we had. On our second night there I went went to flush the toilet in the main bedroom and it wouldn’t flush, nor would the plunger work to help the water go down. I had tried a couple more times to flush and plunge the water down and that caused the water to come up in both of the restrooms showers as well as on the side of the toilet all over the floors and even some in the kitchen. this issue was very deep rooted, and it was very much not taken care of properly the first time hence why we think there was a bunch of sand covering the drains in both showers. We contacted the host and they were pretty attentive and sent a plumber out within the hour. It just put a damper on our trip for our last night as we had to wait around for the plumber and for him to fix it, and we had to also clean up the messs. Overall, I would not stay here again hopefully they fix the plumbing.

Overall a fantastic place

As stated above, overall it was a fantastic stay. Some concerns that we think should be mentioned in review more notably so people can catch them are as follows. Parking on street only. Doesn’t seem like a big deal but after you come home from a full day of walking at one of the parks and you have to drive around for 30 minutes to find a parking spot and that spot is about 3/4 of a mile away tends to be frustrating. The other concern is guest room. There is a light right outside the window that whenever it comes on, which is quite often, it fills the whole room with light. Even tried putting a towel over the window but was still very bright. These are the only reasons I gave a 4 star instead of 5.

Worst place

Going on vacation should be amazing and exciting. When i arrived the owners or managers sent an email with directions so confusing. Then they dont have cameras for the parking. My sons car got stolen a few hours being on the property. How can a car just vanish like that when we on vacay ? Reached out to property owners they didnt really care. This place is not all that. The signal for your phone doesnt work. I recommend staying somewhere else.

Great place! Good location!

We stayed the night before taking a cruise. It was easy to find and park and the place was very clean and decorated very cute, the pool table and massage chair was enjoyed by all!
