✹ WORK FROM HOME: There is free, high-speed wifi available throughout the home.

If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.

✹ Easy self-check-in is available via the keypad on the front door.

✹ The home is located on a quiet, calm street in a safe, family-oriented neighborhood. From here you can walk to Penmar Park, Recreation Centre, and Playground in around 2-5 minutes.

Any behavior that goes against our policy will not be tolerated guests will be asked to leave the property immediately without refund

Maximum number of guests is 4 any additional person will result in $100 fine per person
