No parties please! A very quiet neighborhood and we have neighbors that will not hesitate to call the sheriff for any noise disturbance after 9pm.
Toliets on septic system prone to back up. ONLY SMALL AMOUNT OF TOILET PAPER per flush. PLEASE do not flush any foreign objects. Little bit TP only.

Delightful!

Wonderful house with everything you need. Our family of 4 (plus dog) greatly enjoyed our stay. Very comfortable beds and plenty of towels. Excellent location is a quiet neighborhood that is an easy walk to the beach, a market and a few restaurants. The views are beautiful. James was easy to communicate with (super quick responses) and flexible. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location near beach and restaurants. Quiet neighborhood. Nice yard with beautiful landscaping. Spacious house with wonderful kitchen that has everything you could possibly need. Host was good communicator. Would not hesitate to stay here again
