Welcome to your private retreat. This home has it all. This beautiful newly remodeled home is close to the Warner Center known for its shopping & restaurants. Modern & Mediterranean-style 3-level home situated in prime South of the Boulevard of Woodland Hills. This quiet retreat will give you privacy, comfort, and ease in everything you need to do around town. Open concept kitchen/living room with full bathrooms for all upstairs bedrooms. Large built-in BBQ grill. Short drive to the beach.

This property is located in a very quiet neighborhood. You are about a 10 minute drive to the Warner center and a five minute drive to the 101 freeway. Nearby consists of hiking trails, and is situated near Topanga, which is about a 30 minute drive down the road to the beach. There is 5 spaces on the driveway and a private parking on the right garage.

Business and Quick Get Away

Gorgeous home with spectacular views! Host was accommodating very clean. I would definitely recommend and stay here again!
