The kitchen is centered with a 6' island and has sliding doors that open to the deck creating the perfect indoor/outdoor space to gather with family and friends. Manhattan Beach
Picturesque and laid back Manhattan Beach has one of the top beaches in California with over 2 miles of wide ocean frontage and 115 acres of sandy beach. It is the home of beach volleyball, excellent surfing & incredible sunsets while capturing a small town feel. It has chic boutique shopping, award winning restaurants just steps from the beach. You will be a short 5 minute drive to the beach.

The Neighborhood
The home is in a beautiful, safe and friendly neighborhood. You can park in the driveway or in the spaces in front of the house. Trader Joe's is only a couple minutes walk away. Pollywog park, the largest park in the South Bay, is a five minute walk. It has a large duck pond, two large playground areas and has free fun live concerts on Sundays in the summer.
