Bathroom hot water had to be left on for 5 minutes before it got warm, another 3 to get hot, then it wouldn’t drain, I was afraid to use the shower because of the fear of standing in water, middle of December heater broken, dead batteries in the TV remote, double bed instead of a qween bed, had to turn sideways to get from bed to the bedroom, no place to put the suitcase rack except in front of the exit door, the only thing good about this room was it was clean

room was clean but there was an OVERWHELMING smell of cleaner in the air - my clothes smelled like it the next day. Also, no hot water in the shower. That was a bummer at 5 in the morning. I was surprised it had an 8 rating on Expedia. I would put it at a 5.

The room was reasonable, the bed was nice, but the neighborhood was a little shady. The location is viably convenient to drive from, but being located next to a Jack in the Box also brought some occasional homeless folks to seek help with food from the restaurant. I wish they kept the floors in my room a bit cleaner. Staff was friendly.

This is a very modest hotel, so do not expect pampering. However the price was good and the beds were comfortable and I slept well. I recommend it for budget conscious travelers who intend to be out all day and just using the room for sleeping.

Upgrades not so much

Clean room with comfortable beds which were divided in separate rooms within unit, not one room as pictured. Description states “designer toiletries and rainfall shower heads” - umm…neither. Dinky “plasma television” and tiniest private bathroom possible. Felt very much like a rushed ADU built in a Jack in the Box drive thru.
