Get ready to relax in this 1-bedroom apartment in Santa Monica. This lovely property offers all the comforts you need for a phenomenal stay, including WiFi, AC, a 65" TV in the living room and a 55" TV in the bedroom. A super comfy king size bed. Coffee maker and espresso machine along with a fully stocked kitchen ready to cook anything your heart desires. We also provide a driveway parking spot right in front of the building. This apartment is on the second level of the building (2 stories, 3 units). This apartment is ideal for a couple but we do allow children and have an air mattress that can be set up in the living room. The peaceful ambiance of the apartment will make guests feel right at home. We look forward to welcoming you to our place.

This cute and well appointed 2 BR, 1 bath 2nd floor apartment was perfect for our stay on the west side of LA (Santa Monica). It was just blocks from the beach, with several coffee and eating options nearby. I had worried a bit that because it was only a block off Lincoln, it would be noisy, but I was wrong. We kept the windows open almost the whole time and it was quiet. It is an older building, but the owners have done a great job with it. The unit was nicely decorated and had everything we wanted and needed. We used it as our base when visiting mid-Wilshire museums, Griffith Park, Santa Monica and Venice beaches, etc. We noted and appreciated all the included touches - off street parking, safety strips on the stairs and sidewalk, spice rack, fans (and a/c), popcorn, wine, pitcher for filtered and refrigerated water, and I could go on. It was also nice not to have a big predeparture "to do" list as we had a long drive and needed to get on the road early in the morning. We would definitely look to come back and stay again.

This was the perfect apartment for our 5 day trip to Santa Monica. The property was spacious and very comfortable with all the amenities we required. It was like home from home. The parking space was convenient for our time there. The area was quite which was great. It was only a few blocks from the night life and the beach. Which was great and just what we wanted. Would highly recomend this property.

We had a excellent stay at this rental. The apartment was charming and very comfortable. It felt a little bit like a tree house, which we loved. Family visit

This vacation rental suited our needs perfectly. We appreciated the very well-stocked kitchen and bathroom, the comfortable bed, and the free laundry facilities. We enjoyed our walks on quiet streets to the beach, Main Street and nearby restaurants.Many thanks to the hosts for very quickly providing a few missing provisions and for the welcome snacks and wine. That was so thoughtful.

Palisades Fire Refugees

We had to unexpectedly seek refuge due to the Palisades Fire, and we are so grateful for this property during such a stressful time. The host was incredibly understanding and accommodating, making sure we felt comfortable and settled during our stay.The home itself is small but very cute and cozy and perfect for a couple. It is well-equipped with everything we needed. It provided a much-needed sense of security while we were displaced. The location was convenient, and we appreciated the quiet environment as it gave us a break from the chaos around us.We’re incredibly thankful for this place, and would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy place close to everything in Santa Monica. .
