Maricruz was the first person I met and she greeted me well and took care of my needs well. Danny, Felipe, and the valet manager (didn't get his name) we're also helpful and offered great care with my concerns. The hotel itself is nice but it would have been nice if the pool and jacuzzi were inside the building or at least the jacuzzi. The bar was scantily stocked but it'll get you by. Overall I'd stay here again.

$75 valet seems greedy and a very poor customer experience. Parking is $25 but not a safe option at night with the lot block away in a questionable area without visible security/patrol. Hotel is nice but somewhat dingy and outdated. Surrounding area is not an area to walk around at night but very close to airport. For a nice tier hotel, they chose the cheapest grade of Kleenex and toilet paper and no clock in room - again, not focused on customer experience.

Convenient travel to and from LAX, once we found where to jump on the shuttle. But that’s the airport’s problem. Staf was friendly and site was clean no strange smells in the room, a bit dated but not bad.
