Very clean, quiet and courteous staff. Only negative thing is that I asked not to have rooms cleaned but maid came knocking on my door at 10am. Also They do not have “Do not disturb’ sign.

We tried to check in two times, and we were not allowed to as our room wasn't ready. We had already showed up over an hour past check in time, and it wasn't ready. Then we came back another hour later, and it still was not ready. When we got to the room it was dirty and smelled awful. Complete waste of money.

The room was clean. We were told housekeeping provided on the 4th day. But our room was accessed before that. There's no do not disturb sign for your door. It seems some people live there on a permanent basis, so family disputes were overheard. Parking fills up fast lots of lighting but access doors to property are broken and unsecured. Lots of noise and doors slamming all night. Halls smell of marijuana. Staff at front desk were kibd enough. Housekeeper seemed to have limited to no English.

Got no sleep first night as i was in room closest to front desk, desk person had speaker phone on phone going all night. I heard everything. Everything echoes and people were inredibly noisy in lobby till well beyong midnight. Talked to the front desk about the noise in the morning, staff member did'nt care at all. Said no other rooms and hung up on the phone. Maid service was terrible, came after 3 days and only replaced the bath mat, one towel and took trash. Still left dirty towel in room, did'nt touch the bed. Very big shower with virtually no water pressure, dont expect a nice refreshing shower.
