Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort
We checked in and I went to work at 11:00 am. By the time I got out of work at 8:00pm we had been removed from the room because while I was gone my boyfriend was dropped off by two of his siblings who came to the room and used the restroom. I called and was told there wouldn't be any change in the managers mind regarding the decision of being g kicked out and that I could get my key deposit the next day.so the next day I went afterwork and was told no key deposit would be returned because the room was messed up and it took the maid two hours to clean up. I argued that we never even used the room except for the restroom which was used by the two siblings really quick. He disagreed and we ended up getting only $10 back. Very rude service, can't have any guests AT ALL, ROACHES even with the lights on, torn comforter, bathroom had soaps that were opened by previous guests, paper thin towels, and floor with tiles missing so tripping is inevitable. Might have been a better comment had I actually gotten to use room with boyfriend but bad management doomed the entire experience.
