You'll love the convenience of staying at at this luxury apartment home in the eminently walkable neighborhood of Marina del Rey. Tall ceilings, a private balcony and large walk-in closets greet you when you walk through the front door. It is has a king bed in the master and a queen in the other bedroom along with a sofa that pulls out to a queen size bed. A luxurious pool area and a comfortable community clubhouse will be sure to capture your attention. Close to LAX, the 90 and 405 freeway.

Great Stay

It was a great stay. Nice space. Love the pools. The check out process was so wonderfully easy. Host’s communication was great. The location was different than I expected so further to walk and see my sister but it was still a great location. Food nearby and very walkable

Great for our family!

This apartment was much larger than we expected and within walking distance to shops and restaurants. We were able to easily drive to the beach to park for the day. It had everything we needed to feel like home. The pool was just warm enough for the kids to burn some energy there. Sad that we came at a time the hot tub was not operating. The gym was excellent. We were only confused by the address on the listing not matching the address in the check-in instructions. We were anticipating being closer to a beach with the listing address. During check-in, the property manager cleared that up and we found the place. The instructions to get in were very detailed and helpful.

Disappointed and Sleepless

If you enjoy feeling the springs in a mattress, sleep in the room with the queen bed. If you enjoy hearing the loudest known air handler that will go off and on throughout your stay, sleep in the primary bedroom. (This bed was also not comfortable and had the most tired pillows, but at least we couldn’t feel the springs.) The place is exactly as pictured, but is not a place I would recommend if sleep is important to you.

Great place to stay in Marina Del Rey/Venice

We loved our stay at Annika’s condo! It’s located on the top floor with a parking spot. The 2BR was spacious and clean! The king bed was very comfortable. Kitchen had your basic needs. Check in and out was a breeze. Annika gave great check in directions! She was also very accessible by text message! Quick to reply! Location is about a mile, mile and half from Venice Beach. We got to most places we traveled working 20-30 minutes all over LA. Visited Pasadena, Long Beach, Santa Monica, all easy to get to. Highly recommend staying here!

Comfortable, convenient stay in Marina Del Rey

The apartment was very comfortable for our family of five, in town for a wedding. The beds were comfortable and the washer/dryer were much appreciated. We used the pool quite a few times too! The location was convenient in that you are less than a five minute walk to many stores/pharmacies and casual restaurants for grabbing a bite or anything you’ve forgotten. We felt totally safe in this location, and while it’s on a pretty main street, the traffic was mostly quiet. Annika was prompt and friendly in all her communication— her instructions for check in included helpful photos/videos.

Appartement agréable et très bien équipé

Nous avons séjourné 3 nuités sur place. L'appartement est très agréable, bien équipé, et la résidence est calme tout en offrant une piscine et une salle de gym. Les chambres sont spatieuses. Compter 45 minutes pour rejoindre Venice Beach à pied.

Totally Inaccurate location

This unit is in a completely different location than was shown on VRBO. The neighborhood isn’t bad but the location was why we chose it, so this messed up some of our plans. The manager was friendly and communicative and the unit largely looked like the pictures but beware as it was poorly appointed (very limited kitchenware, no rugs, etc), one bed was very comfortable but the other was so cheap/old it was unusable, and the floors were cheap and poorly installed with some loud creaking. The unit was mostly clean but there was dust left along the baseboards. Basically a decent unit but feels like they went cheap in some areas, and the inaccurate location was a killer for us.

Good for a fun weekend away

This place worked really well for our group, for the few nights we were there. We had a small issue with the washer but the owner got it taken care of quickly. I was skeptical at first because once we received the address, it shows up as a strip mall, but I contacted the owner and got the updated address and all was well. I wouldnt plan to really cook anything, as the kitchen is pretty bare bones, but worked well for takeout a few mornings. Overall a good stay, the location is convenient to lots of things, and the pool/hot tub was a great bonus!
