I was so impressed by this place and it's amazing service and food! Isabel is one of the most amazing service professionals on the grounds, and is so personable and warm. The food was so good and there were so many choices. We did the all inclusive and definitely recommend that if you love your food and drinks! We will most definitely be back next year!!

10 out of 10, highly recommend! Traveled with my two teenage daughters and we had an amazing time at this beautiful resort - the property has beautiful scenic views, a nice variety of restaurant/food options with good food, great pools and bars and nice location but most impressive were the staff. From the doormen to the front office workers, restaurant staff, golf-cart drivers, housekeeping crew - all such kind and sweet people who made our experience amazing, we were treated exceptionally well and they went above and beyond to ensure our stay with them was memorable. We definitely will return, highly recommend!!

Staff are excellent. Property is clean and safe. Hard sell as soon as you walk in for their not-a-timeshare-real-estate-opportunity. Food is okay but inconsistent. Fine dining was disappointing. Says it has a private beach but it's not really usable -rocky with a small patch of sand -technically a beach I guess. Spa was amazing. Good facility for families.

The property was beautiful. The staff were helpful. Food was mostly good. Drinks were good as well. We had a problem almost every day with getting towels and washcloths. We also had very little hot water, called front desk several times. Never did get resolved. However maintenance did come to the room at 9:30 pm and we had already retired for the night asked if they could come back the next day. ( They never did ) The other issue was constantly signing receipts. It’s all inclusive, there should be a better way. Staff wasted more time with receipts when they should be spending more time with guest. All and all it was a good experience and would be back again.

Nice clean room plenty of towels and the staff clean the rooms really well, a very friendly staff the only problems I had was the annoying door stopper outside my door was loose and would not stay up. And one morning I guess the pool on the roof ran over the building and our seating area outside our room was soaked we could not sit out and drink our coffee.

Overall it was an excellent experience. Our one and only complain was that the servers seemed understaffed and the kitchen/drinks around the pool areas sometimes can take awhile to come, but was always worth the wait.

Had to sign for all food and drinks even though we were all inclusive. Also some restaurants and coffee shops not available to us. Some restaurants so slow waited 2 hrs to get our dinner. Almost walked out. Couldn’t uber they wouldn’t let cars on property and too far to walk to main road. We were a captive audience. Very expensive to leave resort. They did have a shuttle to one town. You had to get ticket only one person issuing tickets and she also ran Starbucks. Too much hassle to stay here again. Also no beach. All rocks.
