I waited for over 1 hour standing to check in. Staffs are not polite. Especially, servers in restaurants treated customers rudely. When I order drinks or any services, servers were not serving in reasonable time unless I gave tips continuously.

High energy, yet laid back luxury experience. The Hard Rock Hotel understands the assignment to engage kids of all ages to literally rock out! And when things get complicated or whether there was a mixup, the staff literally goes out of the way to resolve as best as they can. The bottom line is this is a big bang for your buck and a huge deposit for your memory bank! The Hard Rock’s work ethic, lively culture, and dynamic environments they create for both families and those singles living it up is truly amazing! At HRH, you are a star! Took a very long time to check in upon arrival, almost an hour and a half. I've never had to wait that long to check into a resort. Staff was friendly and all our room service and other needs were met quickly. Food was good at restaurants and property was clean and well maintained. We enjoyed our stay but due to location of the resort we most likely would not return.

We came around Spring Break so it was loud and a lot off party. I didn't like that you had to run the shower, sinks,and bath tube hot water for atleast 20min for the water to get hot other than that everything else was good oh you are an hour away from the airport 30-40min away from the beach and

Overall property is beautiful, nice and clean. Most restaurant’s food was good. All restaurants accept walk in, except Zen you need a reservation. The staff were really good. Everyone super nice and helpful. We enjoy a nice couple massage at The Rock Spa. The location is to far from everything. Only transportation is a local cab out, but do offer uber coming back in. Their top shelf liquor option is great with all inclusive. PS you can’t swim in the ocean here, sea is rough. We had an ocean view room, but saw mostly construction. Overall we would return here in the future.
