With panoramic views of the farm and cattle you will love this cozy suite.

Your room has a TV, but there is also a large-screen TV in the shared living room.

Escape to this unique room with panoramic views of the farm and its cattle.

The Common Area is the TV Room with a couch. You have access to the shared kitchen with a microwave and coffee station.

Plates, silverware, and glassware are available. Guests are expected to clean what they use.

Please be quiet and respectful of other guests.

The Common Room TV is not available before 8 a.m. and after 9 p.m.

Park in front of the house, enter through the front door, and turn left through the Common area.

Use the back stairs to carry your luggage to your rooms. Go through the door to the left at the top of the stairs. The door is open. Walk through the first bedroom to the front hallway stairs.

Key boxes to each room are located at the top of the winding stairs.

Both rooms and both stairways are yours. Additional rooms are available—message us for details.

We allow pets, but if you plan to leave your pet unattended in the apartment, dogs and cats must stay off the furniture and in an appropriate crate.

We reserve the right to enter your room if an unattended pet is noisy or is not in a crate.

The property was charming, my only real issue was the insane amount of flies and lady bugs in the rooms. My daughter who is terrified of bugs was struggling mentally with them. We did not use the family room or the kitchen. I will say that the bed was super comfy.

Had a fun stay while visiting relatives! The view from the hilltop property is gorgeous. It has the feel of a genuine working farm. We watched as one of the most enormous Scottish Highland cattle was being readied for show. As intimidating as they look, they seem to be more like giant labradors. There was a friendly dog and two calves as well.We didn’t have a need, but the full kitchen seems to have all the basics. The D-suite with the extra room is a huge space.

Beautiful stay in Loudon!

We had a wonderful stay at this peaceful farm property! Feeding the calves, Ben and Jerry, was a highlight—such a fun and memorable experience. The house was spotless, and we especially loved the hardwood floors and cozy, comfortable atmosphere. The view was absolutely beautiful, and the whole setting was quiet and relaxing. A perfect place to unwind—we’d definitely come back!
