This is my go to when in Louisville. It’s always nice and clean. Noise factor is awesome. For a gaming hotel one would never know it’s happening downstairs. Love this hotel

The room was amazing however my expectations for the hotel and accommodations were not exceeded. There were no basic amenities in the hotel or in the room such as ironing board or microwave. The restaurants on site closed too early for guest that returned to the hotel after late hours at work. I voiced my concerns each day with me inquiring about a few things. Every time the front office personnel advised they could not accommodate or just did not have said request. My only positives about it experience are the hotel room being a great size and the casino itself giving credits, points, and special offers via email.
