The gentleman working at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and updated. Ice maker wasn't working during our stay. Area around the hotel had some homeless on the streets. Within walking distance of many restaurants.

I booked a standard king room. The room was clean, but small. The bathroom did not seem as clean bc of some possible mold or mold like growth near the shower corners and floor. Parking was readily available. Staff always exceptionally kind and professional.

It was a nice hotel, friendly staff, walkable location. A little sketchy in the neighborhood at times. Would stay again. Something I didn’t like was having my flight delayed and losing out on a pre paid hotel night. Booked through Expedia as a package and was disappointed that due to no fault of my own, something couldn’t have been done. I heard desk clerk bring it up to manager and manager just basically said too bad.

Property was conveniently located. Staff was short and rude from the start. Front desk did not want to help but giving any direction or answering any questions. Property was a little run down. Roof-top outdoor hang out was in poor condition and needed to be seriously cleaned. Off site parking, not too far away and they validate it

Our room was very noisy from traffic outside. Did not sleep due to the noise. Shuttle service was excellent! The bar and its staff were very friendly and excellent condition. The motel staff was also friendly.

Jay at the front desk was the only thing that made our trip better but unfortunately there was too many issues to be able to get past. The area is horrible, tons of homeless people looking into cars in the parking lot, parking is limited and you get charged $17 a day and if the lot is full, they make you park down the street and validate the ticket but it’s VERY unsafe to walk there at night. And since employees are apparently permitted to park on the premises, it leaves guests paying for parking out of luck. I’d recommend not going to downtown louisville period

Great Location

Location was excellent, a short walk to Whiskey Row and numerous other restaurants, pubs, etc. Keep in mind parking is limited in a small lot adjacent to the property, but a sign in the lobby described a second parking location within a few blocks. Nothing exceptional, but that's not a bad thing, the room met expectations for the price point and location. Recommended, I would stay here again.
