Overall the stay was nice. The rooms were clean and modern, the breakfast was good, the pool was nice also. What I did not like was how the staff did not accommodate my request to cancel a reservation due to car trouble. I could not afford to waste $240. They should also update the . It made sleeping uncomfortable. We also had noisy people on our floor but that’s not the fault of the hotel. I would stay here again but just hope I never have an unexpected cancelation.

It was a nice room and clean property. The included breakfast was good each day as well. It's conveniently located for the convention center, though with that came a lot of noise through the night. The parking was more expensive than we were led to believe it would be.

Family friendly and room was spacious for our family of 4. We enjoyed the pool, fitness room and welcome area. Breakfast was great and the social hour was a wonderful added bonus. Hotel was in walking distance to local restaurants and downtown establishments. We took advantage of the parking ramp near the hotel.

We arrived at about 12:30am and our keys to our room didn’t work because the batteries to the lock were dead. The Hilton App did not work to open the doors until our final day at the property. We were moved to another room but the staff was very kind and helpful with this. We stayed for three nights and the room was not serviced at all during our stay. The king sized bed was far too firm, my wife and I both slept poorly due to hip pain. We are in our early forties so this shouldn’t be an issue for us. Overall the property was clean and looked good but the beds, door locks, and cleaning schedule for the rooms needs to be addressed.

Our room was clean and spacious. Hotel staff was very friendly and handled themselves very professionally. This part of Louisville seemed safe, with police presence. I felt very comfortable walking to and from my conference at the KICC. Lots of restaurants nearby as well.

The property was okay just had problems with the parking the first lot beside the property. I paid for 24hr and couldn’t use it because it was too many cars with the same access. So I use the parking garage. It’s under construction so I had some trouble finding a parking spot. Also, when I try to leave the parking garage the machine you use to pay to get out was not working. Had to call an attendant.
