The main floor has two bedrooms, each with a queen bed, along with a full bathroom and washer and dryer. The open kitchen, dining, and living areas flow together with plenty of room to gather. The kitchen has a large island, breakfast bar, gas stove, cookware, utensils, and dining essentials. The adjoining dining table comfortably seats everyone for meals or games, and the living area is ideal for relaxing after a day exploring Louisville.

UPSTAIRS:

The second floor has two additional bedrooms and a second full bathroom. The left bedroom has a king bed, desk, and recliner, making it a great option for those who want a quiet workspace or reading area. The right bedroom has a queen bed and a cozy, inviting feel. The updated full bathroom serves both bedrooms.

OUTDOOR SPACE:

Step out from the kitchen to a large covered deck with comfortable seating and a grill, perfect for year-round enjoyment. The level backyard offers plenty of space for outdoor games, family gatherings, or simply relaxing in the fresh air.

PARKING AND PRIVACY:

Private driveway parking is available for up to three vehicles on the side closest to the house, with additional street parking in front for up to two more cars. Our son occasionally stays in the small apartment behind the garage when he is in town for work. He keeps to himself and will not disturb your stay, so you will have full privacy with the house, deck, and yard.

NEIGHBORHOOD:

Our home is located in a quiet, tree-lined neighborhood with sidewalks, perfect for walking, jogging, or biking. Guests describe it as safe and peaceful, while still convenient to everything. A local coffee shop is at the end of the street, and groceries, Starbucks, and shopping are within walking distance. Most major attractions are just 15–20 minutes away, including:
