I feel like I discovered a secret boutique hotel that I want to visit again again! The staff was amazing. The pool was awesome and the coffee shop/bar in the lobby was so hip and understated. I love my entire experience here and I highly recommend it.

We loved this place! The outdoor pool was amazing! The staff were always so kind and courteous. I loved the coffee shop located in the hotel. It checked the box for everything we were looking for!

The hotel was unique and perfectly nestled within a very fun area where you could walk to a ton of places in a mile or less. However, the hotel rooms were very industrial and bare (painted brick walls and concrete floors), lacking the comfort that you might want in your home away from home. Our room had one chair, nowhere to put luggage (and they didn’t even have a portable rack when I called the front desk), limited closet/drawer space, no bath mat, etc. I get the motif when trying to pay homage to the industrial history of the building, but it just didn’t translate to the coziest stay. My husband had the protest that there were no real TV stations (I guess it was mid-Sept so this is likely a football thing, I was ok with it!). Now the restaurant, Paseo, was amazing. The pool area was small but well stocked, but it was packed the entire time we were there. The staff throughout the facility were friendly, and helpful. If you’re looking for a modern, simple stay, and don’t desire some of the more simple comforts, this is a good place for your stay.

Clean, comfy and unique

The only reason for 3 stars was the sound proofing was pretty bad. Whether it was the walls or coming through the duct work the gals next door were partying it up and we wrre trying to sleep. We could hesr EVERY word lol. The room was super cool. A litte dark though. We were on the ground floor and faced a busy street. Again the street noise was loud, easier to tolerate than the grils next door screaming. The window was very old and small. And not very safe looking. Could've used an extra floor lamp in the room with such a small window. Noise eas not anyones fault, front desk handled the request promptly but they should update some of those windows and look into sound proofing. I wish I had time for the pool it looked awesome, The litte bar/ lounge in the lobby was amazing. Will definitely stay again but will ask for a 2nd floor room. Loved the concrete floors in the room, the decor, the industrial feel, the neighborhood, etc. Oh they don't have a parking lot....there was a public parking lot across the street for a fee. It worked fine for our 2 night stay, But more than that it would be to expensive.
This was the only window in our room. It was over My 6'1" son's head, he couldn't look out it.

It had nice beds

It started with check-in, they asked my name, took a card then then handed me the room key. No directions, no information. The rooms were very modern, minimalist, & clean. The phone & TV were both broken. They are short on housekeeping staff, so they didn't freshen up the room for our 5 day stay but did give us fresh towels. There was no trash bin other than the tiny bathroom bin. I've had bigger to-go cups, it could hold a couple of tissues. The pool area was pretty dingy, & the size of a walk-in closet. I'm not joking! Overall, nothing great or awful. Overpriced for a basic sleeping area.

Fantastic if slightly quirky property as we were told was previously the largest Disco Ball factory in the USA if not the World Every member of staff we dealt with from check-in to check out be it front desk, housekeeping, bar and restaurant staff were so friendly and helpful I would recommend this highly if you want to stay in Louisville in a lovely part of town with some great local bars and coffee shops but only 10 mins in a cab if you want to go to Downtown Pool area spotless as were the spacious rooms Will be staying again next time we are in Louisville

The room is pretty large, but it smells a bit musty. Like animal or dirty laundry I can’t make it out. The water in the shower takes a while to get luke warm at best. Parking is atrocious.The nightlife was full of sport bikers revving engines til around 1am. Other than that I liked the space, the view, and the service. If you’re looking for a 800sqft getaway and you don’t want to enjoy the town after 10pm it is a pretty nice spot

The Myriad is welcoming and very well designed! It’s in fun neighborhood and we had easy free parking on the street. Right away we met a neighborhood ambassador! What a cool area! All of the staff were friendly and down to earth! Above all it was quiet! I would definitely stay there again.

The hotel seems to be pretty basic at least my double bed room was. It was tiny and had only a tiny window up by the ceiling which you could not see outside. Also it was very noisy. The room was clean bed was ok…up against a wall on one side so not entirely comfortable. I would stay again but not in this room only because of the location.
