I know I can't really complain abput the property for the price it was, but there were several issues.-bathroom was teeny, tiny (knees hit the tub when sitting on the toilet)everything could use a coat of paint (it was not kept up)-landscaping had over grown a lot since the pictures on the site (had to squeeze between bushes to get onto the porch)-backyard was junky (moldy cushions on the chairs, car battery on the ground) -mold on the ceiling of the bathrrom and bath towel bar falling off the wall-bugs! There were some traps set around, but we still found baby roaches in the kitchen and tub.After a couple days we went back home (we lived about 5 miles away and were having our bathroom remodeled) and came back to the house every night just to take showers.When we brought our stuff back home we left it sitting in the garage for a couple weeks surrounded by pesticide to keep the bugs from getting into our house.

In town for Derby weekend

Property is short driving distance to Churchill Downs and SDF. Plenty of shops and stores nearby. Home is good with ample parking. Bedrooms and bedroom closets are a little small (not a lot of room for big or extra suitcases). Accommodates 3 easily, the 4th person is a bit tight. Host is friendly and responsive.
