Perfect accommodations to WALK to Churchill Downs for The Kentucky Derby! Only a 650 ft. walk to the gate--you can't park closer than this! The house is close to the airport, and just 3 miles from Downtown. A home away from home with all of the amenities and none of the hassle. Our home is perfect for a getaway to see races!

Beautiful and spacious living room and dining areas, perfect for small groups. Two bedrooms and one bath on the main floor with a full kitchen and plenty of room. This home screams the culture of Kentucky and the “Run for the Roses”!

The kitchen is updated with a few original features left for an eclectic touch. You should have everything that you need to make great meals on site, minus the food. Coffee is provided to help jump start your mornings. Watch the sunset on the twin spires from your front porch!

-Motion and audio recording devices are located near the front door and back door on the exterior of the unit. We fully respect the privacy of all of our guests. These devices only record video and audio on the exterior of the home facing the front and rear areas of the home. The automatic recordings are triggered by motion and noise. These devices are present solely for the safety and security of our guests.

Access to the house is through the front door. There is a keypad with code for access.

We are located directly across from historic Churchill Downs. Park in our private rear parking area and enjoy a nice walk to the track. We are also centrally located to several expressways, including I-65 and the Watterson Expressway.

Uber and Lyft are readily available through their apps. Louisville also offers many Taxi, limousine, and shuttle services.

RENTAL AGREEMENT/REQUEST FOR CONTACT INFORMATION: In accordance with booking platform policy and local regulations, guests are required to provide contact information and sign all Rental Agreements within 24 hours of booking. If guests do not complete or refuse to sign the rental agreement, host reserves the right to cancel the reservation without penalty and the cancellation policy will still apply.

WIFI: All guests will be asked to enter email and phone number in order to access the free WiFi at this location. Contact confirmation is optional. In accordance with booking platform policy, we use apps to facilitate our guest experience and these apps may request contact information before, during, and after your confirmed stay.

KENTUCKY DERBY: All Kentucky Derby week/weekend reservations are non refundable, regardless of whether or not a rental agreement has been signed.

RECORDING DEVICES: Recording devices are located on the exterior of the property. Devices record audio and video and recordings are triggered by motion. Devices will be active during guests stay. Recording devices only capture views of the exterior. Guest safety and privacy are top priorities. These recording devices exist solely for the safety and security of our great guests!

NO SMOKING: Absolutely no smoking or vaping inside the home

CHECK IN: Contactless check in is available until 10 pm EST via keypad. Any guests planning to check in after 10 pm EST must notify the host in writing prior to 10 pm to make accommodations for after hours check in. The host may not be available to assist with any check in issues between 10 pm and 9 am EST

NUMBER OF GUESTS WE HOST: We expect to only host the number of people on your reservation only. For insurance and safety purposes, please make sure your reservation reflects the accurate number of people. Otherwise you may be subject to a fee and you may be asked to leave.

NOISE LEVELS: Please be mindful of noise levels at all times and be respectful of neighbors by adhering to the quiet hours.

PARTIES/EVENTS: Absolutely no parties or events are allowed without written approval from the host prior to check in.
