There were pros and cons to Fourteen at Mullett Bay.
Pros: The young staff were very nice. The building is kept well. The place was very clean. The gym was good for a condo gym. A great location with a beautiful view.
Cons: The unit we were in was poorly equipped for cooking and cleaning. No broom and dustpan, only one frying plan which was too big for the induction cooktop burner, no mixing bowls, no kitchen shears/scissors, no cutting board, no small plates. The lack of equipment made it difficult to cook. To the staff's credit, they did get a broom and dustpan quickly. Some of the other kitchen equipment was delivered the night before we checked out.
Two other points: Fourteen is very elevator dependent, the stairwells are very dark and exit outside. There was a fire alarm and the lack of lighting in the stairwells was a problem. The other point, we spoke to other people who stayed at Fourteen and they reported the lack of a well equipped kitchen prevented them from having a personal chef one evening. It may be that this is a larger issue than our particular unit.
