Enjoy this centrally located, African-styled oasis with handmade art from Botswana all while experiencing the beauty of a romantic bedroom. We provide all you desire: a 50" Roku TV, fast WIFI with workspace, W/D in-unit, top grain leather couch, high-quality KING-sized bed, white noise, soft throws, soaking vintage tub, and fully stocked kitchenette with coffee & waffles. Our place is 4 min to TECH, hospitals, dining, and shopping. Pack your bags and get away to a taste of Africa in Lubbock!
The space: Historic 1958 Ranch House with three units.
You enter the house through a covered porch and direct entrance. There is a small table and chairs on the porch, for guests enjoyment.
The living room has a kitchenette and fireplace. Above the fireplace is a 50” ROKU tv. Please note the unit is a triplex and there are no shared spaces besides the hot tub, which may be shared between 4 other guests.
During your stay at this holiday home, you'll be within walking distance of Texas Tech University. 1 hot tub and laundry facilities are available. Free WiFi and a kitchen are available in the holiday home.

The triplex was awesome. No issues with that, however we stayed in the only one that we had to walk down an alley for hot tub access. Not ideal for single women. The neighborhood is also not the best I had to call the cops on a disturbance in the street in front of us.
