Big 13 conference championship

We were greeted by a very friendly, accommodating staff. We could not have asked for a better stay. This was a very well managed property. Everyone seemed to go out of their way to make us feel welcome. It was amazing how clean and well maintained every area was. Really good work out area.

Hotel was nice and clean. Fitness area was very nice. My main problem was that the bathroom door is like a farm door it slides doesn’t lock and there is about a 3 inch gap on both sides. So basically anyone can see into the bathroom. There is no privacy. Also the curtain was broken. It has a chain on the side to slide the roller shade down, but the chain was broken. The outside lights kept me and my kids up all night.

Cleaning service never showed up to clean our room during a four night stay. Called the front desk to complain and they said the cleaning crew marked off the room as having been cleaned each time. FALSE!! So disappointing because everything else about the hotel was pretty good.
