Welcome to The Howdy, my super-spacious, one-of-a-kind, barn-dominium style home. This unique place has a style all its own. Recently remodeled, you will find The Howdy a cute cozy spot to relax and refresh while visiting the Plainview area.

Here for work? Only a couple minutes off of I-27 and hyper fast Wi-Fi give you all you need to tackle your to-do’s!

Here to AVOID work? Me too! Enjoy a beautiful Texas sunset from our expansive yard and a fresh coffee and sunrise from our expansive front patio.

Step into 900 sq ft of pure comfort and style! This recently renovated barn-dominium isn’t just a place to stay—it’s an experience! And it beats a hotel any day! With soaring 20-foot ceilings, a bright and airy open layout, and plenty of room to move around, you’ll never feel cramped here.

Inside, you’ll find a beautifully designed space with all the modern comforts: a cozy, stay-in-all -day living room, a well-stocked kitchen and dining room so you can pretend you're going to cook scratch ;), and a washer/dryer nook to keep your clothes fresh. Did I mention the coffee machine and stocked coffee?!

But the real magic? Step out back and take in the sweeping view pristine, rural farmland that stretches to the horizon. Most evenings reward you with a postcard-worthy sunset that you can enjoy in total privacy—the nearest neighbor is about 500 feet away!

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items and remove leftover food and drinks
Lock the doors
Take all used sheets, towels, blankets, pillowcases, etc... & lay them at the washer (this helps us know what you use and don't use!)
Please make sure all your trash is in the trashcan and load all dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start wash cycle. Dish washing pods are under the sink.
When you leave, please enter code to lock the front door.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

The Howdy was the perfect home away from home for my family. The location was perfect, with beautiful views of the sunset each evening. The home itself was so clean and roomy with every amenity that you could need. The check in process was seamless and communication with the host was easy. Definitely 100/5 stars!!
