The first room we got was dirty and and the TV did not work. We were moved to different room and it looked okay. When we got back to the room later that night we discovered the toilet did not work.

The hotel didn’t have cable tv, when asked they said it was cable companies fault. Bathroom had one towel and wash cloth. The side entrance door was broke and door key didn’t work.check out was at 11am and house keeping knocked on my door at 9am. Once they forced me out of my room they deactivated my door key card so I couldn’t get the rest of my bags. Don’t say 11am if you are not going to hold to it.

Not a great place to stay. Disappointing.

Check in was OK. I came to this hotel because of the jacuzzi after a very long drive. After being told it was in working order prior to booking, I came in to find out it wasn't working. Went straight up to the room to go to sleep. The bed sheets were stained and one of the layers obviously hadn't been washed because it was crusty. In the morning when i went to shower, the shower has red mold in several places. Also, the cabinet shelf under the sink was filthy. There was smeared pink paint on the wood. The breakfast in the morning wasn't good. All the food was like warm except the waffles. Some of it was hard and chewy. The syrup was watered down and tasted terrible. I would never stay here again. I tried to add photos of the stains, dirt and mold but the photo button is not working for the review.
