The location of hotel was good, room was clean, minus the coffee marker machine, there was a teabag from a previous stay. Ice bucket in room did not have a cover. Washroom had no bathroom fan for steam from shower. A few lights in room did not work. No plug outlets...tv, microwave, lamp etc.. were all plugged into a power bar. Lamp on bedside table had lamp with a doc station for a place to charge ones devices. Room very outdated. Bed was not comfy and pillows were too firm., upon arrival there was only 3 pillows provided for a queen size bed, had to ask for extra pillows. Staff was accommodating providing extra pillows and towels.100% happy with continental breakfast that was included with room.

Worst experience of my life. We booked for 4 days and the room was terrible. When we complained to front desk about how the room was cleaned the cleaners approached us and were appalled that we complained. It made us really uncomfortable. Very mismanaged. Would not recommend.

The property was easy to get to and has plenty of parking. The breakfast was pretty good but the coffee was weak. They did have a guest laundry which was useful, and I noticed an exercise room. It was all just a bit shabby. There was just enough shower gel for one shower. The sink in the bathroom was unstable and there were no rugs on the floor, just fake wood flooring which felt cold and unfriendly.
