Very dirty in the room, hair in bath and in bed, Bits of food on the floor, dirt up shower walls and over bathroom cabinet, Wet toilet roll. Shower had one setting of scalding, radiator broken so stuck on maximum temperature so the room was like a sauna It looked like the room had been repainted at one point but around some furniture and the tv - very odd. When walking down the corridor to the room there is a very obvious smell of sewage which the hotel is trying to mask with plug in air fresheners wi thOur success. I wouldn’t stay here again

Character property. Could do with sprucing up but perfectly clean and a very comfortable bed! Would use again.

Room I was in, not cleaned properly...Only one small uplighter above bathroom door worked, room was in near darkness....I told reception, she didn't seem bothered, said she'd send someone up to look, no one showed. I left hotel, without staying 2nd night

Satisfactory overall, but disappointed with the room.the AC wasn't working correctly even at 19c the room was hot n stuffy, besides being dusty. Had booked a double bedroom for 3 of us, Mrs, my lil kiddo and myself and we got twin bed. Although we booked it online the hotel wasn't aware of booking until we arrived.luckily they had rooms available which was a relief. And the breakfast was sub standard.

Needs to use bleach in the bathroom

Found the hotel eventually outside of Luton (Dunstable) the bath & toilet were filthy some of the reception staff I found I bit rude had problems with the bath as it was plumbed properly wasn't happy there so cut my stay by 2 days

kein Warmwasser in Dusche. Zimmer musste gewechselt werden. Kein Entgegenkommen oder Entschuldigung in jeglicher Form. Personal sehr unfreundlich. Keine britischen Manieren, sondern indische und afrikanische Manieren. Englisch ist Fremdsprache. Hotel ist bautechnisch in sehr schlechtem Zustand. Fenster fallen aus den Rahmen und Wände in den Zimmern und Gängen sind am zerfallen. Hotel nicht empfehlenswert.
