There was a nice breakfast buffet but food items that were supposed to be warm were not warm. There doesn't appear to be sufficient heating apparatus to keep warm items warm. The hotel appeared to have a large number of children as guests. The room above me was occupied by children running and jumping throughout my stay which was unfortunate.

Breakfast was good for being included with the price. Good variety of options and some fresh fruits. Katherine is a hard worker. Looked like she was the only person keeping up with the buffet which was a busy place with all the construction workers from a nearby project. I would recommend this hotel. Thanks for the easy and pleasant stay

Room was good, but it seemed staff had their children at work with them running around the lobby and the breakfast was sub-par. Other than that, the rooms were clean and the shower was hot :) Nice ameneties.

We were placed in a room that should have been taken out for service. There was a missing faucet, shower curtain blood/dried pee all over the foldout mattress cover for the couch bed. When we questioned our accommodations they offered smaller space but we had to argue the price difference to get any refund. We reluctantly accepted even though we paid for a 1 bedroom suite-we moved to a standard room. Our stay was unacceptable and extremely short of the Hilton brand both in accommodations and service. I’ve stayed in cleaner, friendlier Motel 6 in my college years!!
