The staff was great but the problem I had was the room next to us was very loud. I assume drunk on drugs or both. Guys started shouting non stop in Spanish from 11:30 until 3 am. My wife called management around 1 am I think and he said he was coming up to the 2nd floor to see what he could do about it. They did calm down for about 10 minutes and then started up again. Then it sounded like they were throwing furniture around and continued to do what ever they were doing till 3 am. But the staff were very good especially the cleaning lady wish I knew her name. She saw us when we were leaving our room and found my phone charger and ran all the way down to the front desk to return it to us. She was very busy working when we left our room so would not have blamed her if she hadn`t tried to return it.

We enjoyed our stay, but the TV didn't work at times, and the room could have been a bit cleaner. We've stayed here before without any issues, so hopefully this was a one-time occurrence. The staff is very nice.

My boyfriend and I truly enjoyed our two night stay at the Lynchburg TRU. Sarah and Carmen made our stay extra wonderful when they helped us move rooms. Sarah was always so pleasant and knowledgeable about the facilities. Sarah and Carmen make the hotel a joy for all! We felt special.
