"Le Décor" is a flat located on the courtyard side of an old building, in a quiet location, at the foot of the Saxe Gambetta metro station, close to all local shops and Place Bellecour.

It consists of a main room with a chaise longue, flat screen TV, Internet with WIFI, a large closet, an equipped kitchen, a table and chairs, and an alcove corner with a double bed, a bathroom with a nice italian shower, and separate WC.
You will appreciate the wall fan in summer!

Bedding and towels will be ready upon arrival.
Arrivals can be done at any time with my key box.

The accommodation is unique because:
- it is very well maintained and I make improvements as and when comments from guest,
- I try to be reactive quickly to any technical problems that you may encounter during your stay (but everything works on your arrival),
- my sheets, towels, bath mats and tea towels are washed in a 100 ° launderer, no risk of contamination,
- each time a guest leaves, a rigorous cleaning is carried out with disinfectant products and bleach,

Property near metro and local cafes. Washer in unit but no dryer or clothes line to hang up wet clothing.No air conditioning in the room-ceiling fan did not blow air in the direction of the bed. The apartment is located on the third floor with no elevator and very dark staircase at night. Property owner did not answer phone when I arrived and had an issue with the combination lock. Someone should have been there to let me in and and answer questions= good customer experience. Owner asked for an extra 5o euros to have unit cleaned during my 9 day stay and supply clean towels. No toiletries or laundry detergent in unit and/or enough paper towels.

Bon logement, lit grand et confortable, rangements très convenablesMalgré une rue pas super bien fréquentée, l'emplacement est top, à 15-20 min à pied de la Place Bellecour, à deux pas du métro, à 15-20 min à pied de l'emlyon, proche de plusieurs supermarchés...Très bon éclairage intérieur (sauf pour la salle de bain)Les points négatifs sont les suivants :- Douche ouverte sans possibilité de fermeture, donc éclaboussures fréquentes et sol devant le lavabo mouillé après une douche (pas de tapis de bain) et faisant monter le taux d'humidité de l'appartement très rapidement- Porte des toilettes peu pratique- Faux parquet qui commence à être très usé à certains endroits- Canapé pas dépliable, et tâché un peu partout- Voisins passant devant la fenêtre pour rentrer chez eux, rendant la situation parfois un peu intrusive lorsque la fenêtre est ouverte- Fenêtre donnant sur une cour qui sert de caisse de raisonnance à des voisins qui toussent constamment ou qui chantent tout un dimanche après-midi en bricolant.Cela reste un bon logement, très bien placé.
