Unbelievable bad service. From check-in to have someone hitting my door very strongly and opened it at 8 AM. I was sleeping naked. They banged very strongly and never allowed any time to respond before opening the door. I pushed it back and locked it. It was an awful way for someone to wake me up. I had trouble sleeping and meetings with Asia and needed to drive long hours. I couldn't fall asleep again. It was unsafe for me to drive. I had to make so many stops for coffee and washing my face. Endless day. The hotel should really invest on training the staff to avoid such episodes from ever happening again.

Ótimo Hotel — péssimo o setor das camareiras!!

Como de costume, a estadia foi muito boa. Contudo, desta vez com ressalva. Ficamos por quatro dias e em dois destes não houve limpeza, manutenção do quarto por dois dias seguidos. Segundo dia de hospedagem e chegamos da praia encontrando o quarto sem ser limpo, sem sabonetes, shampoo, toalhas. Sem falar que tudo estava sujo. Chão sem varrer, banheiro sem lavar e recolher o lixo, sem reposição de sabonete, shampoo, toca de cabelo. Enfim, nada foi feito! Avisamos e fizemos a reclamação ao junto a pessoa responsável que afirmou não aconteceria mais o infortúnio. Surpresa!!! No dia seguinte, a mesma coisa! Reincidência do fato. Quarto sem limpar novamente! A diferença foi e é o Lucas da recepção. Colaborador daqueles que te faz sentir cuidado pelo hotel. Solicito e eficiente para o check in, escolha do quarto, direcionamento nas instalações e orientação quanto ao funcionamento de todo o hotel como: café da manhã, restaurante, bar, área de lazer, etc... Funcionário completo, ímpar no Royal Urban Macaé Hotel. O funcionário que cuida do estacionamento também é de uma presteza e educação sem medidas. Sempre disposto a servir o hóspede com muita empatia, solicitude e proatividade. O time do café da manhã idem, gente muito profissional e capaz. Hotel lotado e tudo correu perfeitamente no café da manhã. Variedade, qualidade, qualidade e sabor. Que café da manhã de excelência!!! Sem contar a reposição dos itens — excelente serviço! Somente a arrumação deixou a desejar, uma pena.

O ar condicionado do quarto é o frigobar não funcionavam. Me colocaram em outro quarto que o ar também não funcionava. O café da manhã os pães estavam velhos.

Hotel ótimo, a limpeza impecável as fadinhas da limpeza são ótimas, o recepcionistas Bruno maravilhoso a serviço do cafe também ótimo, so a piscina que deixou a desejar ela fecha as 9 horas da noite pensei que seria feita a limpeza para o outro dia ,porém não aconteceu de resto tudo 👍 dou 9 para o conjunto de tudo

Melhoras urgentemente!

Localização e vista para o mar são as melhores partes. Hotel lotado e não tinha roupa de cama suficiente, fila para tomar café da manhã, fila para usar apenas 2 elevadores, um mal cheio no quarto e tudo que era solicitado por telefone para a recepção nunca chegava no quarto, tinha que descer para buscar. O café da manhã tinha variedades, mas a reposição era demorada e como estava lotado é válido pensar em ampliar o horário do café da manhã. A administração precisa fazer melhoras urgente. É colocado que secador de cabelo tem nos quartos, mas os hóspedes dividem o secador, assim tem que entregar na recepção para outro hóspede usar. Uma pena, gostei de Macaé e se retornar não ficarei neste hotel.

Gosto muito do hotel sempre fico lá, porém eles precisam urgentemente melhorar os cobertores ( mantas ) pois são muito pequena e de péssima a qualidade. As toalhas de banho tmb precisam melhorar a qualidade .
