The property served the purpose for a single night stay before onward travel. The room was not very clean including the walls, the curtain, the basil being blocked. Otherwise okay.

want my refund now My reservation was not accepted

My reservation waa not accepted because the receptionist said that i reserved few minutes before and when this occurs the reservation will be only valid to the next day. So i need to pay again another reservation on the reception, and i did it because i really need to rest. I want my refund because i didnt use this reservation

Nice stay in Maceio

Above expectations for a Budget hotel. Quite new so everything looked very good. Even been a budget hotel, since the city has warm Weather all over the year its important to have minibars in the rooms. Receptionist (Licia?) was way above average and was a great help indicating activities and making sure the stay was friendly

Fiquei muito chateada pq na reserva não fala sobre a cobrança do estacionamento, somente fui informada ao fazer o check in q seria cobrado uma diária de 22 reais por dia pelo estacionamento. Acho importante colocar essa informação no app da reserva.

Os pontos negativos da hospedagem foram: ter que ficar recarregando o cartão de acesso ao andar e ao quarto constantemente. A informação era de que não poderia deixar o cartão próximo ao celular e isso não ocorreu. Precisei recarregar ou trocar o cartão várias vezes. Outro contratempo foi na hora do café da manhã, pois a minha reserva não constava a inclusão do café da manhã. Todas as vezes que fomos fazer essa refeição, tínhamos que aguardar na porta do restaurante para saber se havia a inclusão do café da manhã. Isso causa uma irritabilidade nessa hora. Quanto ao apartamento n° 477, há vazamento do box para a parte externa do banheiro. Isso foi desagradável na hospedagem também.
