Alimentação excelente em todas as refeições, bem variado e tudo fresquinho e feito com cuidado. Sobremesas variadas e muito gostosas. Animação muito boa. Bailinho, cantor, som e animação excelente. O que deixou a desejar foi quanto à limpeza dos box dos banheiros, tanto das paredes como o blindlex. Piscinas: 1. precisam ter melhor manutenção. A primeira piscina externa, próxima do prédio do hotel precisa de reparos para colocação de azulejos que estão faltando e podem machucar os pés dos hóspedes. Notamos que precisam de maior limpeza das bordas porque estão encardidas, as marcas são visíveis. 2 piscina coberta - nada a reclamar, estava limpa. 3. Ofurôs - Necessitam de troca da água e lavagem interna. Não gostamos da experiência nos ofurôs. É importante ressaltar que usamos as piscinas pela manhã. Quanto aos colaboradores todos muito atenciosos.

Amamos a comida, tudo maravilhoso. Apenas achei a água muuuuito quente, deveria ter algum controle de temperatura pois em alguns momentos não dava nem pra entrar de tão pelando que estava. Acho também que a programação poderia ter colocado o karaokê a noite, porque no meio da tarde ninguém quis participar. E a pulseira deveria ser de outra cor pois é muito fácil de perder na piscina

Adoramos a estadia. A recreação para crianças e adultos é show! Higienização do ambientes nota 10. A comida é super variada e tudo muito gostoso e caprichado . A água é realmente bem quente e indico ir também no inverno. Senti falta de um espaço mais calmo e silêncio para descansar e fazer uma leitura . Muísca e animação em todos os ambientes . Custo beneficio não está compensando, diária alta pelo que o Resort oferece, horário de pico, chuveiro fica gelado, o resort divide a piscina maior com pessoal que soh vai passar o dia, aí lota a piscina maior, e soh ficam as pequenas pra quem está hospedado. A única coisa que não deixa a desejar eh a alimentação e os funcionários que são muito atenciosos.

O local é muito bom, porém a manutenção do hotel deixou a desejar. A limpeza das áreas comuns também não estava 100%. Em relação ao all inclusive, ficou a desejar, pois às bebidas (água) só eram liberadas no almoço e jantar. A parte de recreação do hotel, muito boa.

Piscinas maravilhosas. Bares faltando ingredientes para drinks solicitados (2). Decoração horrorosa para a Páscoa (sugiro reverem decorador) : muito over feia e mal feita. Sem muito espaço para grande número d hóspedes no período da noite causando barulho excessivo e incomodativo pois tem bares sala d festas sala d jogos tudo muito junto p falta d espaço. Não voltarei
