The room was semi clean. The sink did not drain properly. The front desk staff wasn't very pleasant and I felt like they were watching me. I noticed when I would take my dog out I was being watched. Saturday night the man on duty asked me my room number. Sunday when I checked out I was confronted by the woman on duty. She explained that a note was left for her about me and my small dog from the man on duty Saturday night. I had my dog with me when I checked in and I did not try to hide I my dog with me. She said whoever checked me in did not charge me for my dog or get a credit card on file. The staff at the front desk is very unprofessional.

The property seems safe and well kept. The check in staff was great. She had awesome customer service. However room 221 was horrible. A motel stinch hit my nose upon entering the 2nd floor. The carpet was nasty. The room had a wet mildew odor. I had to spray my own bathroom cleaner to clean the sink, toilet and shower. I sprayed and mopped the tile floor. The room odor of uncleanliness was overwhelming. I had to light incense to go to sleep. Oh there was a dead bedbug on the mattress. Which means no one checks the mattresses. Please shut the room down and detail it. Spend some money and have the hall carpet deep steam cleaned. Vacuuming alone isn’t the answer. I would have left, but the hotel was the closest to the AFB. That room should be comped.

While the staff was very kind, we had several issues in our room that we spoke to them about and only one was addressed (and the least important.) There was a section of the room that had not been vacuumed and there was food on the floor. We asked them to have some stop by and take care of it and they never did. The other issue was that the faucet on the shower did not work properly. That also got no attention. The other problem we had is that it is a pet-friendly hotel, but the room had definitely not been cleaned well since dogs had been in it. There was dog hair on the couch and we were all sneezing the entire time we were in there.

The staffs where great. The bathroom cleaner should make sure they clean the area around the handle in the bathtub. It has like a mildew like substance around the metal. In general good.

We needed a value priced option for a 3 night stay. This place we perfect. Our expectation was low and were pleasantly surprised. Service was attentive, friendly and breakfast space was clean, abundant and 24 hr coffee was decent.
